1)Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province China. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!
2) Q: What if you don't have the size or weight we want?
A: We can build up custom mould for our customer, which normally takes 45 days. Cost will be paid by customers.
* if the order is large enough, we will refund the cost.
3) Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We are honored to offer you free samples.
2. Exist samples are free of charge.
3. We charge OEM samples but we will refund the cost after you place order.
4. Freight cost should be paid by customer.
4) Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We will make samples before mass production and test them. After samples get approved, then we will begin mass production. Then QC department does random inspection before packaging and takes pictures after packaging.

A: Normally the following 2 terms of payment are acceptable:
1. 30% deposit by T/T, and balance again copy of shipping docs.
2. For small order, 100% T/T or Paypal in advance.
4. Sample charge: you can pay through Paypal, western union or money gram.
